In this Customer Service Traineeship, you’ll play an integral role in delivering a seamless banking experience for customers. As a Trainee, you’ll engage with customers on their end-to-end banking needs, support them through transaction activities, lead needs-based conversations and educate them on digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities as a Trainee will include assisting customers with a smooth branch experience by addressing their banking requirements, from transactions to tailored advice on digital tools. You will also demonstrate proactive engagement in fulfilling Customer Promises, ensuring customers leave as strong advocates of ANZ. Additionally, you’ll be encouraged to show initiative and adaptability, especially in promoting technology solutions to streamline the banking process.

Success in this role requires a commitment to customer focus and a proactive attitude. An active user of technology, you will champion its benefits to customers, enhancing their banking experience. This Traineeship offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.
100 points of ID will be required for background checks along with other requirements that will be discussed during the screening process.

National Training Wage from: From $26.95 per/ hour, plus 11.5% Superannuation
