Goods Inward and Stock Replenishment Supervisor

Right now, the Glenorchy branch is on the hunt for a Goods Inward and Stock Replenishment Supervisor.

This role is an integral part of our Receiving and Resett Team, and is responsible for taking delivery of product and moving it efficiently from the truck to the shelf. It is these Team Members who maintain accurate records of delivered goods and ensuring product reaches the floor. We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a great communicator, a genuine leader and have the ability to deliver quality outcomes when faced with competing demands.

Some major components of this role will include

• Stock management, including liaising with your team to ensure merchandise is maintained on the shop floor
• Replenishment coordination, and liaising with department leads to ensure adequate stock volume and future planning
• Customer service, and ensuring your team performs in line with company expectations
• Stock administration, and receipting of all goods in/out of the storeroom
• Team leadership – this is your team, you’ll need to be a capable leader and able to think on your feet!

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring to the position

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A commitment to safety, and pride yourself on delivering a clean and well maintained workspace
• Sound history in stock control, ordering and replenishment
• A positive, professional and ultimately fun attitude

This is a full-time, permanent role, specifically afternoon/evening shifts between 1pm-9pm (with some potential for overtime).
