About the role

As a Senior or Overnight Crew Member, you’ll be part of the team that keeps Glenorchy running — literally. You’ll deliver friendly service, maintain high standards of food quality and safety, and help create a great experience for every customer. Senior team members also play a key role in supporting newer staff and ensuring smooth operations during busy shifts.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering excellent customer service at the counter, drive-thru, or dining area

• Preparing food and beverages to quality and presentation standards

• Maintaining hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across all stations

• Supporting supervisors with shift coordination and mentoring new team members

• Managing stock, prep, and cleaning during quieter overnight periods

What we’re looking for

• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Flexibility with availability (including overnight or weekend shifts)

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy environment

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus — but full training is provided
