Hot Tip(s) Tuesday #10

This week, we’ve outsourced Hot Tip Tuesday to one of our Pledge Partners – Tristan from Cripps – who has given us a short and sharp list of qualities they look for not only when they recruit, but what they expect of their staff day-to-day

1. Be passionate
2. Bring a positive attitude
3. Be on time
4. Have a strong work ethic
5. Display positive body language, in everything you do
6. Be coachable, always willing to learn
7. Set yourself high standards, and endeavour to exceed them
8. Be resilient
9. Effort
10. Always being prepared

We think that these points are wise words to aspire to, both on the job and in your day-to-day life. Thanks Tristan, we couldn’t have said these better ourselves!
