Regional Development Australia - (Tasmania) in partnership with Telstra, an opportunity exists for two suitably qualified Digital Uplift Project Officers to join the RDA Tasmania team to lead and deliver the Digital Uplift – Helping Tasmanians Access a More Connected Future project.
This project aims to reach digitally excluded and highly digitally excluded working-age Tasmanians who are not otherwise captured by existing programs delivered in Tasmania. It will include developing and delivering digital skills modules both 1:1 and in small groups in partnership with credible community organisations; undertaking train-the-trainer sessions with staff members from within partner organisations, and reporting on impact.
If you are someone who:
Enjoys and is experienced in delivering learning content to a range of community members, including those in vulnerable circumstances;
Has a strong understanding of digital tools (both hardware and software) and how they can be used (and taught) in everyday life, including for those with limited digital ability; and
Is a seasoned project manager and problem solver with experience reporting to a funding body;

Other details:
The roles are contract positions until 30 June 2027, with the opportunity to extend pending external funding.
The employees will be provided with a car to carry out travel required.
