

Experienced Administrator
Full-Time (37+ hours) | Moonah, TAS | Office-Based
GJH is currently partnering with a professional security services organisation in Moonah to recruit an experienced administrator to support their busy operations team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and can keep things organised and moving.
About the role
Working closely with leadership, field staff, and clients, you’ll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations and keeping systems running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Scheduling and rostering field staff
Acting as a central point of contact for client and team enquiries
Managing incoming communications and providing quality customer service
Supporting operational processes and workflow coordination
Assisting with invoicing, data entry, and basic accounts tasks
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
About you
You’re reliable, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You bring a practical, steady approach and communicate clearly with a range of people.
You’ll likely have:
Experience in administration, coordination, or office support roles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience with rostering or scheduling (highly regarded)
Confidence working with admin systems and basic accounts processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Experience working in compliance-focused environments or exposure to ISO processes will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
