About the Role:

The Fabricator / Welder works as part of the production team to manufacture and assemble polymer components and products to required specifications and quality standards. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, operating fabrication equipment, performing welding using specialised techniques, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment. You will work closely with supervisors, engineers, and team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring to the role:

• Experience in fabrication, welding, or manufacturing environments

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

• Good technical skills and ability to use fabrication tools and equipment

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Trade qualification or equivalent experience (preferred)

• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
