Onroad Offroad Training is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance/HR Manager to join our team based in our Hobart office. This role is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across our training organisation.

This is a full-time position, however, flexibility may be considered for the ideal applicant. The salary package includes a company vehicle and fuel card.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the VET sector and the newly updated Standards for RTOs. Experience in Human Resources and/or Compliance roles is highly desirable.
