About the Role:
The Store Person assists in the day-to-day operation of the stores department and provides support to the logistics team. Key duties include receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating forklifts safely, organising freight and deliveries, and ensuring stock is stored correctly. The role also involves data entry into the company’s ERP system, supporting procurement activities, and maintaining a safe and organised stores environment
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring to the role:
Experience in stores or warehousing, including receiving, dispatch, and stock control
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to use computer systems, including inventory or ERP systems and MS Office
Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Forklift licence and current driver’s licence (manual preferred)
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
