The First Shift is a free, practical training program for those aged 15–24 who are keen for a career in hospitality. Participants will gain industry-ready skills and connect directly with local employers.

The program includes:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) – nationally accredited

• Introduction to Barista Skills

• Introduction to Food & Beverage Service

• Thriving in Hospitality: tools for resilience & self-leadership

• A facilitated meet & greet with local employers
