• Seeking to gain new skills outside their current employment OR

• Underemployed, wanting and are available for more work hours than you currently have, including part-time workers. And:

Residency Status

• Australian Citizen and Permanent resident and their partners and their dependents OR

• New Zealand with a Special Category Visa(subclass 444) OR
